Objective:
POWAR wants to enhance the availability and accessibility of lifelong learning by encouraging innovation through alternative pathways based on the principles of sustainability, responsibility and solidarity.
Desired Results:
In order to enhance the accessibility and attractiveness a learning facility will be designed to attract and sensitize adults to European membership and citizenship. Learning facility involves service, strategy and management of the learning and contents and materials to inform and train, mobile exhibition of multimedial information materials, podium discussion with special guests and participants, and a special applying system: In order to encourage social partners and to take responsibility some modules will be run at their localities as well . For participants it will be easier to attend a module which take place in their common environment (for example employee organisations, migrant associations, trade unions, chamber of commerce etc.) The modules will be accompanied with a travelling/mobile-exhibition of relevant materials.
